Telehealth sessions begin with a review health and the practitioner will ask guided questions about the patient's main concerns. Patients will be given an acupressure point prescription as well as a combination of the following: a custom or patented herbal formula prescription, and dietary, lifestyle, stretching, exercise and meditation advice. ​
